But if you did forget or need it sooner you can purchase this to upgrade and get faster shipping and processing.
This upgrades you to USPS Priority Shipping which takes 2-4 days it is faster than first class shipping or Express 1-2 usps shipping for existing orders
Make sure to inform me of your upgrade with either your order number or a message with the name of the order.
But if you don’t inform me I won’t be able to move your order to the front of processing.

*Use a polishing cloth to keep the chain on your pieces shimmering!
*Store in dry area free of moisture. Controlling the environment that you store your jewelry in will help slow down the process. We suggest keeping your jewelry in a cool, dry place (NOT the bathroom!).
*White sponge coral is unsealed please avoid wearing with self tanners or makeup on neck and chest area.
Use clear oils without colors on your White sponge coral beads oils.
Sterling silver does tarnish over time the best way to prevent this is to wear your jewelry it tarnishes if it’s left out or forgotten about in a jewelry box you can use jewelry cleaner on just the chain not the beads or clasps on bracelets.
How to switch oils
You can stack certain oils, but if you want to start over with a new oil apply a carrier oil to the beads, let it sit for a bit 5-10 mins (colorless carrier oil on the white sponge coral beads) wipe thoroughly with a clean cloth to remove as much essential oil as possible. Then apply next choice oil. The longer the bead goes in between oil applications the more the scent fades. Ideally wait 2-5 days the scent will fade on it's own.
Will it fit?
We are all made so beautiful and unique, I give an image with an idea of where your necklace will lay on you. But I can not guarantee it will lay exactly as the measurement picture shows what I can guarantee is it will be made to the exact length chosen. The best way to find your perfect fit is to measure your neck or wrist that will give an idea of your base measurement and where the necklace lengths will then sit on you. Wider necks the measurements will sit higher for smaller necks they will sit lower.
I can adjust the jewelry, if once you receive your necklace and it doesn't fit as expected due to you misjudging the measurement I can help fix this. Please double check your size to make sure. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. The piece must be sent back within 2 weeks of purchase to be adjusted. I can shorten length but am limited when the piece is to small and needs to be longer. I have 2' extender chains I can add to give added length anything beyond that I unfortunately can not fix without added costs which we can set up in a custom listing. Contact me asap and we will get this taken care of!!!
Can I buy oils through your shop
I do sell brand oils like doterra and young living in travel sizes of certain brands and oils but not full size.
My jewelry broke what do I do?
I have a 1 year repair warranty on all my pieces. This means if it breaks for any reason please reach out to me and I can walk you through the warranty process it’s super easy and as low stress as possible. If it breaks within that first month I cover all shipping cost vs. after the first month on repairs I cover shipping back to you and the customer covers shipping to me to repair.
What Materials do you use?
I use high grade materials your whole piece is sterling silver, 14k gold filled, 14k rose gold filled (with the exception of black components if there is other materials it will be listed) the wire, the spring clasp, jump rings, and chain.
We also use 14k rose gold/ 14k gold filled materials claps, chain, jump rings, spring clasps, wire.
If a gold plated, or silver plated component is used it will be listed in the description.
These gold filled and sterling silver materials do cost more, that is why our prices are slightly higher than the competition. We use these materials because they are safer with metal allergies and last years longer than plated materials.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do to many countries if you don’t see your country listed please reach out to us. Please beware that international packages can collect duty fees/tax depending on the country you reside in please look at your counties international shipping policies before placing an order to avoid any surprise costs. We are not held responsible for any tax or fees incurred.
I put in the wrong address help?
Just convo me on your order with the correct address before it ships preferably immediately. If it ships and you don't catch it in time I can not redirect it, once it's in usps hands it's a done deal. If it is returned back to me you will have to pay for shipping to resend the package. My shop policy is I do not offer refunds in these situations please contact me and we will figure something out.

We issue Return Labels so the item can be returned and repaired or a refund issued.
